EDI successfully converted The Tides to a condominium with a rapid sell-out. Located at Oakland Park Blvd and A1A, The Tide is a 15-story, 246-unit mixed-use residential/retail/office building featuring panoramic ocean, intracoastal and city views.
EDI provided 85% of the equity for this 30-story, 163-unit high-rise mixed-use luxury condominium located in the heart of downtown Fort Lauderdale. The project was developed and built by Stiles Corporation. In addition to the unique rooftop infinity pool, 350 Las Olas Place offers exceptional amenities, including a state-of-the-art fitness center, a theater room, and a multi-functional social room.
Multi-family development in Downtown Fort Lauderdale with 348 residences completed in 2020. The project was owned/developed by EDI and sold in 2015 to Rescore, a private REIT led by Art Falcone.
Located in downtown Fort Lauderdale, Eclipse is a mixed-income residential rental development consisting of 101 units in a 12-story tower. Eclipse was developed by EDI and is the first downtown affordable rental high-rise in Fort Lauderdale.
EDI conceived and provided the sole equity for this 650,000 square foot mixed-use project. EDI partnered with Stiles Corporation to develop and construct the 370 luxury rental apartments, retail and a 4-acre floating dock mega yacht marina (the first in Broward County). Located at Sunrise Boulevard and the Intracoastal in Fort Lauderdale, Sunrise Harbor won numerous awards including the National Association of Home Builders “Pillar Award” as the Best Multi-Family Development in the United States in 2001.
Mixed-use high-rise development in Downtown Fort Lauderdale conceived by EDI and approved for 386 residences. The project was sold in 2015 to LMC, a Lennar-owned Company. Construction was completed in 2018. It is adjacent to the New Broward County Transportation Center.
